HOW CAN I ORDER?
For easy and quick instant ordering online, you can use Paypal Payment system click on the ADD TO CART button under the items of your choice. Once you’ve added your chosen items to your Cart, you can Checkout using the Quick, Safe, and Secure Online Paypal Payment System.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU HAVE?
CAN I MAKE SMALL CHANGES?
ALL sizes are available as we don’t keep any ready stock other than the display products at our showroom. All our products are custom made from scratch. It ensures the perfect fit for the shopper and enables the shopper to make changes in sleeves, length, and so on. Size and measurement details can be e-mailed to us after you have placed it with us. Most of the changes are accommodated on request with no charge. However, in cases where the changes results in considerable additional cost, we may charge a fee a nominal fee, so please check before placing an order.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Most orders are shipped in five weeks from date of receipt of payment. Please allow up to eight weeks for products needing considerable amount of Suits, Sarees, Lehengas, Jewellery, Salwar Suits, Salwar Kameez, Wedding Lehengas, Bridal Sarees, Wedding Sarees, Wedding Jewellery, Bollywood Dresses, and Kids Wear. All orders are shipped by high class service. Packaging and shipping charges will be added to your order. Please note that all our products will be shipped from India.
CAN I ASK FOR A RUSH ORDER?
Off course, you can place your order in a hurry for a special occasion. All rush online orders however must be paid for through bank transfer. All rush orders are shipped by the quickest possible service in five or six weeks. Please note that we don’t give guarantees for the delivery date (usually the transit time is about seven days) but we’ve no control over diminishing situations that may or may not delay the delivery after we’ve shipped.
All items are custom made to particular measurement and other specifications. So, orders once delivered, can’t be returned for refund. We try our perfect to ensure that return - refund cases don’t arise and ensure our customer satisfaction, but it is not presumable to follow an open return / refund policy as items aren’t in ready stock.
Jeweler cannot be returned or exchanged because of hygiene safety, damaged or unless defective in transit.
